Students will learn about food, health, habitats, energy, water, air, soil, and minerals. Students will study how humans use these resources and what that means for the environment. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree or higher in a discipline relevant to the course being taught and/or two years of professional experience in the field.  
Compensation: 
Instructors:  $55/hour of instruction, plus $400 for course authorship/design fees (when applicable).
