"A Paper Bag Princess is not your grandma's fairytale. The princess has her dress burned at her wedding and loses her prince to a dragon. So she heads off to face the dragon and save her prince wearing nothing but a paper bag. Along the way she encounters all sorts of twisted characters, which she outwits with cunning and intelligence. In the end she learns that not all are what they seem. Stereotypes are often untrue. Looks are not nearly as important as what's on the inside...AND even a dragon can wind up being your friend, especially one that's only collecting princes & actually treats them with utter respect and kindness."

Well, Adrienne Moss, Jens List member, just got the BEST HAIRCUT AND COLOR OF HER LIFE! and must share her newly discovered secret: TIFFANY COLLINS at PANACHE HAIR STUDIO in Westlake Village (across the street from Brent's Deli). MON ARCH Body Total Wellness Practice“METABOLIC MAKEOVERS™”
Providing Clients With The Building Blocks To Achieve Maximum Health. Keeping MOMS Always FIRST IN MIND
In today's fast-paced world, life can be complicated by pressures to succeed and be the model of excellence. We are sometimes overwhelmed by responsibilities we put on ourselves to be it all. We are waking up tired, unable to think straight in the morning without caffeine; needing high-carb snacks, more caffeine, or a nap to get through the afternoon; then burning the midnight oil because we're too wired to sleep. Pretty soon we are in a seemingly unending cycle of exhaustion and poor nutrition — and feel desperate for the energy we once had. We are giving...giving...giving...to everyone, but how about to ourselves? At MONARCH they believe a healthy lifestyle begins with a general understanding of how individual choices affect overall well being. The MONARCH BODY “Metabolic Makeover” program maximizes the benefits of a healthy lifestyle through preventive measures, and alternative approaches to traditional clinical treatments. The plan includes the Five Principles To Live For Longevity:
Food for Thought and Fulfillment: How conscious thoughts shape your eating habits.
Attention to Appetite: Learning to establish a pattern of eating to avoid extreme hunger.
Environmental Healthy eating choices: Learning to detoxify with preservative-free food to alleviate allergies, mercury toxicity, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), and other neurological disorders.
Teaching the importance of a proper brain amino acid balance for better health.
Usage of anti-Inflammatory, Rotation Diets, and Metabolic Typing.
MONARCH BODY Areas of Expertise Include Metabolic Typing, Amino Acid Testing, Rotation Diets, Weight Management, Food sensitivities and allergies, Anti-Inflammatory Diets, Recipe modification/Family meal planning, Glycemic Index/Sugar Balancing, and Support for Slowing Down The Aging Process.
