I am relocating to Los Angeles at the end of March, and would like to find a

my daughter and Susan light up every single day when they see each other. It
is exactly the sight a worried, working mom loves to see. Susan is

week later if I accidentally overpay her), very flexible with her schedule,
and totally responsible and efficient. She is always playing with or reading
to our daughter, taking her to the library, park, classes or play dates she
arranges herself. She will do light cleaning in your home and take care of
everything for your baby. She will go food shopping for you, and do any
small errands that you need. She also prepares all of my daughters meals
(she knows how to puree healthy baby food), and takes initiative if we're
low on any necessities - diapers, wipes, milk, formula, onesies, jeans that
fit, etc. She'll make a list, tell me about it, and then run out to get it
if I ask her to. When our daughter's been sick, she's called us immediately
and asked us to contact the doctor. I've come home from work to find my sick
baby in the loving arms of Susan, rocking her, singing to her, basically
loving her back to good health. It is truly a gift. MOST IMPORTANTLY - she
loves kids and babies. Susan relates so well to them, she gets on the floor
and plays with them, engages them, sings and dances with them, etc. She is
honestly better with kids than adults, in the sense that she's not there to
hang around and talk with us - she does her job, does it well, and then
leaves at the end of the day for her own home and family. Susan makes no
demands, and has NEVER brought any 'issues' to work. She has never once
given us any attitude or lip. She never complains, EVER. (THIS IS UNHEARD
OF). She is trustworthy, reliable, responsible, and most importantly, treats
our daughter as if she were her own. Always. Susan lives in Brooklyn and
would love to work there, but will go anywhere in Manhattan for work. She's
been commuting an hour and a half to the upper east side for over a year,
and is very, very rarely late. Susan is truly a gem, and you would be so
