Attached is a newsletter with details and important information about food allergies

Diapers, etc. at your doorstep!
So, last week, I asked for your opinion about www.diapers.com. I rec'd prob. over 300 responses and I am happy to say that about 98% of them were absolutely wonderful and positive. If anything was negative, it was about price - in that, perhaps, and I say perhaps, IF you watch the flyers that are mailed weekly from the different stores and you go to them with a manufacturer coupon, maybe the price will be a little less, however everyone raved about the selection available including diapers, wipes, formula, cleaning supply's, baby food and sooooooooooo many other baby necessities at really low prices with fast free shipping. They carry all the big brands and hard-to-find products too.
I have arraigned for you to get $5 off your first order! All you have to do is enter in the referral code - jenslist - on the shopping cart screen during checkout! I ordered last week and had everything literally 2 days later via UPS. You can NOT go wrong! Check it out - you have nothing to lose and only $ to save!

New Location for Belly Dance and Strength Training classes.
Let's face it, there aren't too many exercise classes out there that offer what Ossig Terterian (Certified Personal Trainer and dance enthusiast) is offering in her 1 hour class. She starts out with a 1/2 hour of strength training exercises that work most of the muscles in the body. Then, the hip scarves come out and the next 1/2 hour the belly dancing starts. She also incorporates some salsa, meringue, cha cha, and Bhangra (Indian) dance moves. You need not be coordinated to do this, because a lot of the moves are done repetitively to give you more of a cardio workout. The wonderful music gets you in the dancing mood from the beginning - with an array of English, Arabic, Spanish, Iranian, Greek, French, Indian, Armenian, and many other songs. The hour goes by very fast and the benefits to the body and mind are immeasurable. Hopefully, you try this class out - it\'s awesome. The facts: Location - Ballet Barre at 18729 Ventura Blvd., Tarzana; Monday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 am; Thursday nights from 7:00 to 8:00 pm; $15 per class or a series of 8 classes for $100 (approx. $12/class).
