NANNIES IN THE NEWS: In response to yet another bad nanny caught on tape (www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2iDTpiiiEU&NR=1), Jill Starishevsky, founder of HowsMyNanny.com, is holding a contest to find the most wonderful nanny. To enter, go to www.seascapeproductions.com/nanny.php. Winners will be announced next month at the Baby Celebration Show being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center. FREE PLAY: Giggles 'n' Hugs (www.gigglesnhugs.com), a new kids' restaurant in West L.A., is waiving its $9 fee for the play area through March 23. Find the coupon in the Steals & Deals section of GoCityKids: http://gocitykids.parentsconnect.com.
PARTY HARDY: Thoughts of how much work I'll need to put in to my young daughters' tea party have kept me up the past few nights. Planning a really cool kids birthday party without spending a lot is tricky. So imagine my excitement at learning about "Cool Kids Parties," which premieres Saturday on Fine Living Network (www.fineliving.com). Episodes include a cooking party and a mad scientist party. Oh, how I long for the days of pin the tail on the donkey, musical chairs and cake.
SPANK OR NOT? The debate continues over use of spanking as discipline. A new study links corporal punishment with sexual problems later in life, but a Newsweek article from last week points out that spanking styles vary wildly, and it's tough to treat the topic scientifically. www.newsweek.com/id/116788.
FORGET `THE TALK': Teenagers are less likely to initiate sex at a young age or to be promiscuous if they discuss sex with their parents often, instead of having a one-time talk about the birds and the bees. That is the conclusion of a new study by researchers at Rand Corp., the University of California and others. See the full study at www.pediatrics.aappublications.org.
MULTITASKING WIPES: Last week's informal poll asking readers their favorite uses for disposable baby wipes found that cleaning hands and faces was the most popular function. Wiping baby bottom came in second, with cleaning and dusting in third place. www.insidesocal.com/lamama/2008/02/wipes_with_a_purpose.html.

Everyone that has heard the song, has told me that as a \"stand alone\" piece it is quite good. It also could be used at the end of a Christmas movie when the credits are being scrolled. I do not know any agents -- I do not know anyone in the movie industry, etc. ( Any thoughts?)
