Calling all mommies!
Has your body totally changed since having a baby? Have your boobs shrunk, inflated dramatically or are sinking so low it's become a tripping hazard? Do you feel other parts of your body almost seem unrecognizable? Do you have a greater sex drive or do you fall in the category of "sex drive, what's that?" If you noticed significant changes since having a baby and we mean the good, the bad and the ugly, we want to hear from you! A top TV show is looking for everyday moms between the ages of 25-45 with funny and relatable stories to join a TV round table chat about this topic. Send us your name, age, daytime and evening phone number, a current picture of yourself as well as a description on how your body has changed (and not for the better) since having a baby. Send your email to: tvshowprod at yahoo.com

PARENTING PLACE AT JEWISH HOME FOR THE AGING
Parenting Place is a mommy and me program with the added benefit of the residents of the Jewish home in Reseda. Classes are intimate, relaxing and enjoyable. The groups start at infancy and continue until children are approximately three years of age. The classes are divided by age, although it is possible to bring more than one child of mixed ages to a class. The groups are usually one and a half to two hours long depending on age and they meet on either Thursday or Friday. Some classes are in the morning and others are late morning.
During the classes children may experience various art experiences, story time and music. There is a large outside play area connected to the classroom and children are free to go in and out at their will all of the time. There is a discussion time for the parents and facilitator.
Experienced staff includes one facilitator and two teachers with the class at all times. Hot breakfast or lunch is included for both the parent/parents and child. It is included in the tuition.
Parenting Place is a year round program and only closes on Jewish and National holidays.
Parents and grandparents are welcome to attend as well as any other family member.
Parenting Place operates on a semester schedule and there is also a sliding scale and scholarship program available as well.
The first class is complimentary and enrollment is available at any time.

Out to lunch
Organic juice boxes and seven-grain almond butter sandwiches are a start. But don't pat yourself on the back, yet Mother Earth: Lunch box waste makes up 3.5 billion pounds of garbage every year. Maybe it's time you moved your brood into Lunchopolis. Each adorably modern (and lead-free) insulated lunch box comes in a choice of three colors (lime, pink polka dots, and water) with a matching - and reusable - bottle and four stacking containers. Your kids are stylishly fed, lunch box waste is eliminated, and your ecofriendly reputation remains intact. Just like that. See? Who says there was no such thing as a garbage-free lunch? www.lunchopolis.com
Beansoup Aprons
Cool aprons for cool kids and now Moms too! Our Spring/Summer line is here and by popular demand is now available in Toddler, Child & Adult Sizes. With Mother's Day right around the corner, there is no better time for a matching Mother/Child apron set. www.beansoupaprons.com.
COVERPLAY
The first ever slipcover/liner for play yards. We all know they get very filthy and are not that pleasant to look at. COVERPLAY eliminates both those problems. It comes in its own travel bag and is much easier to take with you instead of dragging your play yard around. See http://www.coverplayard.com/ to understand the product more. This is a very useful product especially since most of the travel industry has switched over to play yards and who would want to place their child in one of those dirty old things?

Baby 2 Baby
You hang onto all sorts of things for sentimental reasons. Now might be a good time to point out that a diaper pail isn't much of a keepsake. But Baby2Baby sure could use it. Started by three moms who share the desire to help needy babes and a reduce, reuse, recycle mentality, the charity hooks tiny folks across L.A. up with new and gently used gear and clothing. Simply gather your donations and head to a drop-off location in Los Feliz, West L.A., or the Laurel Canyon/Mulholland area. Baby2Baby does the rest. Lending a helping hand-me-down never felt so good.
