Strength Training and Belly Dancing
A one hour class, the first 1/2 hour is strength training using your body weight and dumbells, and the second 1/2 hour, you put on our hip scarves and do belly dancing exercises that really strengthen the abdominal region including the buns and thighs.  
MWF mornings from 9 am to 10 am and also on Thursday evenings, from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Aly is a 30 year old nanny/housekeeper.  She is fluent in English, with a work permit, car and insurance.  She has a 7 year old son, Joseph.  Joseph has severe asthma and is frequently hospitalized at Children's Hospital.  They currently live in Canoga Park in an apartment that she shared with her husband prior to their divorce.
