You will learn the basics to creating a sleep/eating routine that is appropriate for your child’s age & stage, as well as the actual sleep needs for your child’s developmental sleep stage. You can asses your personal parenting philosophy to impact your child’s sleep, & learn how to use that information to help your family get the sleep the “whole” family needs.
