CHOOSE A SUMMER PROGRAM WITH EASE AND CONFIDENCEHappy Feb. 14th - Valentine's Day is a celebration of love and lovers. The roots of Valentine's Day goes back to ancient times, when people paid honor to the Roman God of Fertility. This was known as the Feast of Lupercalia, and was celebrated even then on February 14th. The traditions of Valentine's Day are broad and many. It is a time to exchange cards or small gifts. Chocolates and jewelry are the big hits of this holiday as is romantic dinners. It is a romantic event for lovers and a fun event for kids and family. Many a couple become engaged or wed on this day. For others it is a day to fall in love. While 75% of chocolate purchases are made by women all year long, during the days and minutes before Valentine's Day, 75% of the chocolate purchases are made by men. Over $1billion of chocolate is purchased for Valentine's Day.

Self confidence and Hypnosis, a path between desire and will power
Hypnosis helps our 'inner child" to change his perception, to unlearn what he learned and to accept that "he is good enough" and free to love and accept who he is. The young child learns also about fears. Later in life, the question is not to get rid of our fears but to learn how to live with. We have to deal with our fears in order to access a "good life", to increase our ability for freedom and love. To build our children's self confidence, the most important is not to satisfy all their needs but to teach them how to overcome their fears. Thru Hypnosis we can desensitize to a fear in order for the person to overcome it. Vision and perception. We all have our own perception of the world and self confidence helps us to picture the good scenario. Hypnosis is a very effective tool to change our perception of the world. It is not about dreaming, it is about allowing us to have a positive internal representation. I would like to finish with a fable: A man walking on a road meets three men who break stones. Each time he stops and each time he asks the same question: "what are you doing?" The first man answers, "it is a difficult work but I have to earn money for my family", the second man answers "I breaks stone, I am free, I work outside and It keeps me in shape" and the third man answers "I am building a cathedral".
