The 5th Annual Jake’s Ladder
This is an AMAZING event. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is pleased to present the Fifth Annual “Jake’s Ladder”, celebrating Jacob Dyne, Shellee and Larry's young son who was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF) at the age of 14 months. To date, the event has raised over $1,000,000, and all proceeds will benefit the CF Foundation.
