Do you still have some aspirations and dreams that you feel you will never accomplish now? What would you change if you could? Ladies needed for test on new product
Margaret is working on an ad campaign for a new company called Teavalize. It's a combination of healthy teas (2 teas a day- one in the morning as a metabolism booster and one after you eat to cut down the oil and fat) with a patent pending Tea Infuser. You will feel energized and lose weight. Check it out at www.Teavalize.com. She is looking for people interested in using Teavalize for 2 months and then giving your honest feedback for the website & testimonial sound bites(infomercial). Everything is free - they just want your feedback. Green tea is good for you, it's rich in antioxidants and it can even help you lose weight. But most of the green tea you drink is terrible quality, tastes bitter, and looks more like dirt than actual tea leaves! This tea is delicious, all natural, and it's very potent. You will love it. Email margaret at teavalize.com if you are interested.

Young female Harvard graduate available to babysit on nights and weekends for children of all ages. Fun and personable, honest and hard-working. Please call Libby at (310) 498-0972. For a reference, email BermanPsych at aol.com
AND
She has been with our family for 20 years, and is incredible. She is from Guatamala, but speaks almost perfect English (and is quite the jokster), cleans, drives, but most importantly, loves children as if they were her own (between you and I she is working for some people that are not the greatest, but loves their daughter so much she won't leave). She is available Saturday, Sunday and Monday (as well as evenings). I love her so much and if I were married, she'd be all mine, but unfortunately that isn't the case (she is actually standing next to me telling me to hurry so she can help me raise my children..more pressure than my mother)! For more info, please email Kjstanwyck at aol.com
AND
D.C. Services offers babysitting, petsitting, and housesitting. Call Cindy or her two partners at 818.935.1213. For a reference, email mariatrafecanty at hotmail.com
AND
This amazing woman has become my part time nanny this past month. I was supposed to share her with another woman (as I have done in the past), but that woman decided to cut back her hours needed, so it kinda left me in a lurch. Anyway, I had never searched for a nanny on craigslist, but there she was in all her glory: college grad (minor in child development), English is her first (and only, I think) language, so there are no communication issues whatsoever. She takes my one year old on long walks, where they stop and look at snails or catch lizards (she'll literally walk from my house to Griffith Park, which is about a half hour, uphill trek!) She drives (Volvo), is always on time, and is willing to work with someone without an initial obligation (in other words, take her for a test drive, which is what I did and I totally fell in love!) I have her Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays and she needs at least 6-7 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are a worry wart or you don't allow your baby to go outdoors for "adventure" walks to the park, etc., then Jessica is not for you. If you have a preschooler who refuses to have a babysitter anymore, she will win your child over (as she did mine) by treating him/her as her equal, making them feel "cool" and "bigger" than their little sibling(s). Jessica is cool and relaxed yet has this contagiously positive energy about her -- she truly is a child at heart, which makes her the ideal playmate for my child. She'll do light housekeeping, but that's not really why I have her there -- she is TEACHING my child about the world, not just hanging out with her nanny friends, texting all day. Anyone interested should contact her directly at (310) 804-1494 or at fairiepoppins23 at yahoo.com. She lives in Hollywood and her rate is $15 (and well worth every penny!) Don't miss out on this rare opportunity for a nanny who is a "keeper". Thanks, Tracy Sarkissian - vayvay28 at mac.com

LOS ANGELES POLICE CANCER SUPPORT GROUP
Today, more than ever before, our community is surviving cancer. For more than 40 years Children's Hospital Los Angeles has cared for
infants, children and adolescents with cancer and blood diseases. Since 1990, U.S. & World Report has named Children's Hospital Los Angeles one of the top pediatric facilities in the nation and its panel of board-certified pediatricians have ranked the hospital the best on the West Coast and which is located in our community. Children's Hospital Los Angeles has offered healing and hope to children, youth, and families. Please assist the Los Angeles Police Department Valley Traffic Division (VTD) officers in supporting the Children's Hospital in Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Police Cancer Support Group by donating to the 2008 Holiday Party charity event.
Throughout the 2008 year Valley Traffic Division will work in conjunction with Valley Traffic Advisory Council (VTAC) and gather gifts to give
to the children and donations to support the Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Police Cancer Support Group. On November 2008 Valley Traffic Division will visit the Children's Hospital Los Angeles located at 4650 Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles and
deliver gifts to the children. The Los Angeles Police Department Media Relations will coordinate with local news crews and invite them to
capture this heartwarming event.
On December 6, 2008 at the Airtel Plaza Hotel, located at 7277 Valjean Avenue in Van Nuys, California, they will be celebrating the holidays
with our co-workers, family, and special guests. This year they are going to contact families in the community and within our organization that
have been affected by cancer and ask them to join in and support our fight against this disease. Representatives from the Children's
Hospital Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Police Cancer Support Group will be in attendance of the 2008 Holiday Party and will accept the proceeds generated from this event.
By selecting these charities as the recipient of your thoughtful gift, you have given added assurance that assistance in time of acute need
remains available to Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Police Cancer Support group. Please join in creating a brighter future for the children and their families in the Los Angeles area. Every gift, large or small, symbolizes a commitment to the health and well-being of our community. Your support helps Children's Hospital Los Angeles to provide funding for state of the art treatment, translate promising research from the laboratory bench to the bedsides of patients, and train the next generation of pediatricians. In addition, your support will enable the LAPD to provide the Law Enforcement community, sworn and civilian, active and retired, and their families with a place to start when diagnosed with cancer.
Valley Traffic Division is looking forward to welcoming you to the Los Angeles Police Department family. If you have any questions, please contact Officer Brian Kelly at (661) 803-8430 or email at Bkelly001 at ca.rr.com. This Los Angeles Police Cancer Support Group, Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and Valley Traffic Advisory Council are programs with unique 501c(3) tax exempt status. Tax documents will be available upon request. If a sponsor is currently a member of the Valley Traffic Advisory Council the donation to that organization will be applied to the Los Angeles Police Cancer Support Group and Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.

Help...these animals need new homes
Flash was born May 4, 2005 is a cute, loyal, and exuberant Beagle. He has bouts of high energy but is mostly calm and responsive to positive attention and love. He does not bite or bark at people and is very friendly around children, even infants, and other animals. Flash enjoys curling up next to you to snuggle and loves human contact. He sleeps a lot - even during the daytime. He is good on walks and loves the dog park. He is house-broken and crate trained. Flash has been trained through private instruction and responds to basic commands. He is also current on all vaccinations and certifications. He is neutered. 2 chocolate labs to give away. The female is a purebreed lab with papers. She is about 21 months old. She is spayed. She is very sweet, but hyper. She loves to swim. He is about 19 months and weighs 100lbs. He is the sweetest, cutest most loving dog. He thinks he is a big lap dog and will lick you till you laugh. The problem is he is not good with small animals like cats. They are really good with kids. I have cats and Baily the male keeps going after them and he really hurt one. I am working now and it has become too hard to keep them. I really would love to keep them together, but I would seperate them if I found two loving homes. They need more attention and training than we can offer them. Please have people contact me at danashome at socal.rr.com.

FREE Child Predator Safety Workshop for Parents and Caregivers
If you are available, go...its a terrific event. Sponsored by TAE ECC and Mishpaha - Open to the community
Monday, April 28th from 9:15 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Held at Temple Adat Elohim Social Hall - SPACE IS LIMITED and an RSVP is required - RSVP to the ECC office at (805) 497-6920.
This amazing, comprehensive 90 minute workshop will teach effective ways to keep children safe from child predators. It will be presented by Pattie Fitzgerald, founder of Safely Ever After, Inc. Her workshops are incredible. Go if you can.
.Did you know. it takes less than one minute for a child predator to lure a child away? Did you know. that teaching kids the "strangerdanger
concept" is ineffective and may leave a child more vulnerable to a predator's tricks?
.Parents and caregivers need up-to-date safety information. This straight-forward, common sense approach will teach you how to instill safety skills in your children in a non-fearful manner.
.Learn how to talk to children about this subject with kid-friendly language and concepts.
*Pattie Fitzgerald is a certified Child Predator Safety Instructor, and is the former Outreach Educator for the national advocacy agency "Parents for Megan's Law." She is a classroom instructor for the L.A. Sheriff's M.E.R.I.T. Program, and her prevention education workshops and curriculum are used throughout the United States. Her written work has been published in numerous parenting magazines and web sites, and trade journals throughout the United States. Jury Duty Scam
This has been verified by the FBI (their link is also included below). Most of us take those summonses for jury duty seriously, but enough people skip out on their civic duty, that a new and ominous kind of fraud has surfaced. The caller claims to be a jury coordinator. If you protest that you never received a summons for jury duty, the scammer asks you for your Social Security number and date of birth so he or she can verify the information and cancel the arrest warrant. Give out any of this information and bingo; your identity was just stolen. The fraud has been reported so far in 11 states, including Oklahoma , Illinois , and Colorado . This (swindle) is particularly insidious because they use intimidation over the phone to try to bully people into giving information by pretending they are with the court system. The FBI and the federal court system have issued nationwide alerts on their web sites, warning consumers about the fraud.
