Does your child have asthma?

Live in Lead(Russian and Armenian speaking only)
After 2 wonderful and easy years we no longer need a live-in nanny!  Suzanna is great with kids and newborns.  She helped me take care of my 3 girls, the last one from birth. leans and is always very happy and cheery around the house. She only speaks Russian and Armenian and is looking for a 5 day / week live in job in a good ome for good people. She is legal, doesn't drive, no English and is flexible on salary.  She is REALLY errific and it took us a long time to finally say we didn't need her. When I come home from work, my house is spotless and my daughter is delightfully exhausted from playing all day. Handyman Lead
Ignacio Zepeda (818) 314-4976 is an amazing, super reasonable soft-spoken, prompt, handyman available for all types of jobs small to large.  He does beautiful electrical work (recessed lights, rewiring etc) can repair or replace plumbing fixtures, paint, hang pictures and artwork perfectly, replace hardware and on and on.  He charges a daily rate and is a very fast worker.  In just a day's time, he installed nine recessed lights (so perfectly that no touch up painting was required) at a cost 1/8th my quote from the electrician.
