FIT MOM Boot Camp 
Starts January 2008 in Thousand Oaks. Juls Christian a certified Personal Trainer and owner of FIT MOM Body Sculpting, an in-home training business, is branching out.  She will lead you through a group workout to increase calorie burn and endurance.  It will be an outdoor door training experience on Saturday mornings from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. beginning the first Saturday of January. Cost is $100 for the month and will continue on through the spring.
